2、 Instrument Overview:

This testing machine mainly tests the impact resistance of materials, that is, by freely dropping a certain mass of hammer at a certain height to impact the sample, and synchronously collecting data on the impact contact of the hammer on the sample at a high rate, analyzing the impact resistance of the sample and the damage and fracture status of the sample.

The composite material drop hammer impact testing machine produced by our company adopts sensor measurement and control technology, which can real-time collect the velocity variation curve of the drop hammer impact plate process. The instantaneous maximum impact velocity and maximum rebound velocity are used to calculate the impact kinetic energy and the energy absorbed when the material is damaged. Through software data analysis, the impact load and impact point displacement variation curves over time are obtained.
