Working principle
The material sucked in by the feed pipe flows up to the grading zone with the rising airflow, and generates a horizontal centrifugal force field under the high-speed rotation of the grading wheel. With the operation of the centrifugal classification device, the powder is subjected to a centrifugal force greater than the carrying force of the airflow, causing the powder particles to fly towards the edge wall of the powder collection chamber in the direction of the impeller and fall along the edge wall, entering the collection chamber. Thus achieving gas-solid separation.
