CE-IZ01-54MS1 sensor introduction:

CE-IZ01、CE-IZ02: Used for detecting DC current signals in various DC systems;
CE-IZ01A: Used for detecting DC current signals in environments with significant interference, such as the electroplating industry;
CE-IM01、CE-IM02: Detection of pulsating DC signals applied in various DC systems;
CE-IB01、CE-IB02: Used for detecting bidirectional DC current signals in various DC systems;
CE-IH03: Used for detecting AC and DC signals in various power systems.
Wide detection range: 1mA~5A;
Strong anti-interference ability: can provide products with surge voltage resistance of over 2kV at the output/power supply end;

Selection precautions:
Note ①... When selecting this output type, the load resistance RL should be ≤ 250 Ω. If 250 Ω<RL ≤ 500 Ω, please indicate it when ordering.
Note 2... When the input is bidirectional DC, it is named CE-IB. When the input is pulsating DC, it is named CE-IM. Other parameter selections remain unchanged.
Note ③... D2 is highly reliable, stable, anti-interference, and ultra-thin.
Note ④... For H2 and S1 models, 110V and 220V auxiliary power products are not provided.

Common faults and troubleshooting of analog AC/DC transmitters

After adding auxiliary power and input signal, there is no signal output
·Power off and check if the product wiring matches the wiring diagram, if the electrical contact between the wiring terminals and the connecting wires is good, and if the terminal fastening screws are tightened; The connecting wire should be above the terminal, not below it, as shown in the figure:

·Check if the auxiliary power supply and input power value match the nominal value * on the product label, and if the polarity of the DC input is reversed;
·Check if the load resistance meets the requirements1.3Requirement:;
·After confirming that the above checks and corrections are correct, if there is still no output after re powering on, and the user continues to investigate unconditionally, the product can be returned to the manufacturer for processing.
2 has output, but the output deviation exceeds the specified accuracy level, and even is abnormal
·Press2.1Check the requirements to confirm if there are any errors and correct them;
·Use a digital multimeter with an accuracy level higher than the product accuracy level to measure whether the rated values of the auxiliary power supply and input power are consistent with the range calibrated on the product label;
·Is the input signal phase line and phase sequence connection sequence of CE-P and CE-Q power products correct? Incorrect connection can lead to abnormal output;
·Check whether the product usage conditions and environment meet the requirements1.31.51.8Regulations;
·After confirming that the above checks and corrections are correct, if the output is still abnormal after re powering on, and the user continues to investigate unconditionally, the product can be returned to the manufacturer for processing.
3Output signal jumps or drifts rapidly up and down
·Check according to the requirements of section 2.1, confirm and correct whether the wiring is correct, and whether the grounding (earth) of the auxiliary power supply is good;
·Is the auxiliary power supply voltage jumping and is the ripple ≤ 0.4%;
·Whether the input signal jumps and whether the amplitude is within the specified range of the product;
·Whether the product usage conditions and environment meet the requirements1.31.51.71.8Regulations;
·After confirming that the above checks and corrections are correct, if the output is still abnormal after re powering on, and the user continues to investigate unconditionally, the product can be returned to the manufacturer for processing.
4The product has not been output after working for a period of time
·Lightly tap the product casing with a screwdriver handle to check for loose and poor contact of the terminal fastening screws and connecting wires;
·Check whether the auxiliary power supply voltage and input power are normal;
·Check if the output load still meets the requirements1.3Requirement:;
·If the above checks are confirmed to be correct and there is still no output after power on, and the user continues to investigate unconditionally, the product can be returned to the manufacturer for processing.
