Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a natural, unpainted high-purity material, and the nozzle of Saigang is made of PVDF. Therefore, it can maintain a highly purified processing environment, especially suitable for production processes that require ultra purity.

Design features

•Corrosion resistance: PVDF has excellent chemical corrosion resistance. Saigang nozzle can effectively spray various chloride acid base, base or amine etchants with good aging resistance.
•High temperature resistance: The Saigang nozzle can withstand temperatures up to 148 ℃ under a pressure of 7 bar, making it very suitable for production processes such as development, rinsing, electroplating, etching, and film removal in printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing.
•Wide selection range and long service life: Saigang nozzles have three interface sizes of 1/8, 1/4, and 3/8, suitable for most commonly used pipelines, and provide different flow rates and jet angles to meet various needs. PVDF is a high hardness material with strong mechanical strength, wear resistance, and impact resistance.
