1、 The bag filter 560 is a bag filter designed by our company after digesting and absorbing similar products and improving them. The dust collector adopts a pulse blowing cleaning method, and the PLC programmable controller automatically controls the entire process of dust cleaning and transportation. It has the advantages of good dust cleaning effect, large purification and processing air volume, long filter bag life, low maintenance workload, and operation.
Bag filter 560 Ruijin dust removal equipment manufacturer single machine bag filter needs to enter the Venturi when working. This part is equivalent to the throat of the equipment. When the smoke enters this part, the throat will spray some uniform water, which has been treated a lot during spraying. The water is formed into a message water mist with the high-speed movement of the smoke. When the smoke passes through here, it will be collided by these small water mist, and some dust in the smoke will be melted by the water, thus achieving a purification effect.
The structure of a single pulse bag filter:
The main body consists of a frame shell, a filter bag assembly, a blowing and cleaning device, an ash discharge device, and other parts.
The shell part consists of an upper box, a middle box, an ash hopper, and air inlet and outlet ports.
The filter bag assembly consists of filter bags, frames, etc.
The spray cleaning device consists of an air bag, a spray tube, a Venturi tube, a pulse valve, a pulse controller, etc.
The ash discharge device consists of a motor, a reducer, a screw conveyor, and a star shaped unloader.
2、 Working principle of bagy-560 dust collector
The Budy-560 dust collector is mainly composed of an upper box, a middle box, an ash hopper, an ash unloading system, a spraying system, and a control system, and adopts a lower intake chamber structure. The dusty flue gas enters the ash hopper through the lower part of the middle box through the air inlet; Some larger dust particles fall directly into the ash hopper due to inertial collisions, natural settling, etc., while other dust particles rise with the airflow and enter various bag chambers. After filtering through the filter bag, the dust particles are trapped on the outside of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the box through the inside of the filter bag and is then discharged into the atmosphere through the lift valve and air outlet. The dust in the ash hopper is periodically or continuously discharged by the screw conveyor and rigid impeller unloader. As the filtration process continues, the dust accumulation on the outside of the filter bag increases, leading to a gradual increase in the resistance of the bag filter itself. When the resistance reaches the preset value, the dust cleaning controller sends a signal to first close the lift valve of a bag chamber to cut off the filtered airflow in that chamber. Then, the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened, and compressed air is sprayed from the air source through the air bag, pulse valve, and nozzle on the spray pipe in a very short time (0.065-0.085 seconds) towards the filter bag. Compressed air rapidly expands inside the box, causing high-frequency vibration and deformation of the filter bag. In addition, the effect of reverse airflow causes the dust cake attached to the outside of the filter bag to deform and fall off. After fully considering the settling time of dust (the detached dust can fall into the ash hopper), the lift valve is opened, and the filter bag in this bag chamber returns to the filtering state, while the next bag chamber enters the cleaning state. This process takes one cycle until the cleaning of one bag chamber is completed. The Budy-560 dust collector is composed of multiple independent chambers, and each chamber is cleaned in sequence without interfering with each other, achieving long-term continuous operation. The above dust cleaning process is automatically controlled by a dust cleaning controller at fixed time or pressure.
