advantage
The advantages of bucket conveyor are: compared with other conveyors, it can transport materials in the vertical direction with a smaller footprint; At the same lifting height, the conveying route is greatly shortened, making the system layout compact; It can work inside a fully enclosed enclosure with good sealing, thereby reducing environmental pollution. Its main disadvantages are: the types of materials transported are limited; Strong sensitivity to overload; Uniform feeding is required. Therefore, under normal circumstances, the productivity of bucket conveyors is limited to around 300t/h, and the lifting height is not greater than 80m. However, in recent years, with the development and application of high-strength traction components, their application scope has been greatly expanded. There are many classification methods for bucket conveyors, for example, according to the transportation method of materials, they can be divided into vertical and inclined; According to the form of traction components, they can be divided into belt type and chain type; According to the way materials are unloaded from the hopper, they can be divided into centrifugal, gravity, and mixed types; According to the arrangement of hoppers on the traction components, they can be divided into those with sparse hoppers and those with dense hoppers. To ensure the normal working conditions of the bucket conveyor, it is necessary to pay attention to the correct selection of the shape and size of the hopper, the movement speed, the size of the drum or sprocket, and the size of the machine head and base that are suitable for the physical properties of the material and the working conditions of the conveyor
Working principle
The hopper scoops up the material from the storage below, and as the conveyor belt or chain lifts it to the top, it flips down around the top wheel, and the bucket conveyor pours the material into the receiving trough. The transmission belt of bucket conveyors with belt drive generally uses rubber belts, which are installed on the lower or upper transmission rollers and the upper and lower reversing rollers. A bucket conveyor with chain drive is generally equipped with two parallel drive chains, with a pair of drive chain wheels on the top or bottom and a pair of reversing chain wheels on the bottom or top. Bucket conveyors are generally equipped with a casing to prevent dust from flying in the bucket conveyor.
Bucket conveyor: suitable for lifting from low to high, the supply material is fed into the hopper through the vibration table, and the machine automatically runs continuously to transport upwards.
