A broadcast grade digital video and audio optical transceiver is an uncompressed digital baseband video and audio optical fiber transmission device. It consists of an optical transmitter and an optical receiver, and transmits multiple video signals and multiple audio signals with high quality in one optical fiber. The broadcast grade optical transceiver adopts advanced video and audio digitization technology to multiplex video and audio signals into high-speed digital streams for transmission. The sampling accuracy of video and audio is 10Bits and 24Bits respectively, and the system indicators meet or exceed the broadcasting Class A standard. Due to the use of digital transmission technology, video and audio performance indicators are independent of transmission distance, and the transmission distance without relays can reach up to 120 kilometers.
