Features of VMC850 CNC equipment for processing and manufacturing automotive brake pads:
1. The main foundation components such as the base, slide, worktable, column, and spindle box are made of high rigidity cast iron structure, with reinforcing ribs distributed inside the base. The slide is a box type structure, ensuring the high rigidity and bending and shock absorption performance of the foundation components. The column adopts a column structure, with a stable foundation and good rigidity; The basic components are molded with resin sand and undergo aging treatment to ensure the stability of the long-term accuracy of the machine tool, providing a guarantee for the stability of the machine tool performance.
2. The X, Y, and Z-direction guide rail pairs are made of British made plastic, which has good wear resistance and precision retention. Cooperate with automatic forced lubrication to achieve non crawling motion of the machine tool.
3. High precision and high-strength ball screws are used for feeding in the X, Y, and Z directions, with a high feed speed; The drive motor is directly connected to the screw through an elastic coupling, and the feed servo motor directly transmits power to the high-precision ball screw without backlash, ensuring the positioning accuracy of the machine tool;
