Product Introduction
This machine is used for cleaning ampoules for water injection, easy to pull bottles for oral liquids, and Huangyan bottles for tablets. It can also be used for cleaning glassware and mechanical parts in other industries.
Working principle
The high-frequency oscillation signal emitted by the ultrasonic generator is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation by the transducer and propagated into the cleaning solvent. The ultrasonic waves radiate forward in a sparse and dense manner in the cleaning solution, causing the liquid to flow and generate tens of thousands of tiny bubbles. These bubbles form and grow in the negative pressure zone where ultrasound propagates longitudinally, and quickly close in the positive pressure zone. In this process known as the "cavitation" effect, the closure of bubbles can form an instantaneous high pressure of over 1000 atmospheres, continuously generating instantaneous high pressure like a series of small "explosions" that constantly impact the surface of the object, causing the dirt on the surface and gaps of the object to quickly peel off, thereby achieving the goal of purifying the surface of the object.

Structure and Material
1. This machine is made of 304-2B S2mm stainless steel plate and comes with a material warranty certificate.
2. The structure of this machine is divided into two parts, namely the water injection part and the ultrasonic cleaning part.
3. The water injection part of this machine is equipped with a stainless steel water pump, and the box is driven by a double track stainless steel chain.
4. The ultrasonic cleaning part of this machine is equipped with four ultrasonic generators, and a steam coil (stainless steel tube) is installed at the bottom. Before the machine runs, the water temperature is increased to around 60 ℃ to ensure that the ampoules can be effectively cleaned when passing through.
5. The transmission part of this machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation, so that users can adjust it according to different specifications and cleanliness levels to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
6. The welding of the box body is argon arc welding, and the welding surface is flat and smooth.
7. The assembly direction of the local water pump is on both sides (customizable by the user) for on-site installation.
