Product Usage

This device is suitable for testing electrical and electronic products, automotive and motorcycle components, and seals to prevent sand and dust from entering the seals and casings in a dusty environment. To test the performance of electronic and electrical products, automotive and motorcycle components, and seals in the use, storage, and transportation of sand and dust environments. The purpose of the experiment is to determine the potential harmful effects of particles carried by the airflow on electrical products. The experiment can be used to simulate open sand and dust air environmental conditions induced by natural environments or human disturbances such as vehicle movement.

Design Principles

Design a conical funnel with a dust collection port at the bottom. Install a high-pressure turbine circulating fan suction port at the dust extraction port (on the right) to send the extracted dust to the bottom of the inner box, through the bottom of the box to the left and upward, and then to the front disposal box. Blow the dust into the test box from the left, and the dust should be blown horizontally to the right to start the cycle.

The control box and test box are integrated

1. The bottom of the chamber is funnel-shaped, and the bottom shaking dust motor assists in the recovery of dust

2. The test chamber is approximately cubic, and its side length in the cross-section of the airflow is at least three times the maximum vertical or horizontal side length of the sample cross-section perpendicular to the airflow direction. The test chamber has a heating function;

3. The test box has a pre-treatment box, and two boxes have the same airflow cross-section. Air deflectors are installed behind the entrance of the airflow channel leading to the front box to generate horizontal laminar airflow through an overall arrangement. A blower device for generating airflow is arranged behind the test box to extract air from the test box and send it into the pre-treatment box through the airflow channel;

The dust blowing device is external and connected by air ducts.
