Working principle of blast furnace bag filter:
After the initial separation (coarse cleaning) of the blast furnace bag filter, the gas enters the dust collector box through the lower air inlet of the box. Larger dust particles naturally fall into the ash hopper by their own weight, while smaller and smaller particles disperse in the gaps between the filter bags in the filtering chamber, thus being trapped on the surface of the filter bags. The filtered clean gas is sent to the user through the pipeline network. As the filtration process progresses, the dust filter attaches more to the surface of the bag, and the resistance of the filter bag gradually increases. When the resistance value of the filter bag reaches the upper limit, the system can automatically open the net gas blowback valve to send the net gas into the static pressure box for blowback of the filter bag, causing the filter bag to change from a deflated state to an expanded state. The dust adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag is shaken off into the ash hopper at the bottom of the box, and the dust in the ash hopper is discharged through the ash discharge valve. When the resistance value of the filter bag reaches the lower limit, the control system automatically closes the clean gas blowback valve, stops blowback and dust cleaning, and the dust collector is put back into purification and filtration operation.

The structural characteristics of blast furnace bag filter:
The middle box of the dust collector is a circular cylindrical structure with a design pressure of 0.25MPa, made of Q345R material, and a plate thickness of over 14mm. Above it: maintenance manhole. The box is equipped with a nitrogen blowing system for replacing and blowing accumulated dust and cylinder gas; Compressed air system for blast furnace bag filter instrument, used for valve control; Set up an artificial dust detection port for easy sampling and testing. Suspended box support. The gas inlet connection is equipped with corresponding diversion and gas distribution devices. The top of the blast furnace bag filter adopts a regular elliptical head that meets the requirements of JB/T4746-2002 standard, with a wall thickness of over 16mm and a material of Q345R. The clean gas is discharged from the top of the box, and a safety valve and a discharge pipe are installed on the head. The lower part of the blast furnace bag filter adopts a conical ash hopper made of Q345R material, with a plate thickness of over 14mm and a cone angle of 50 ° to ensure smooth dust discharge. Double steam insulation coils are installed on the lower cone to prevent gas condensation and dust agglomeration from affecting ash discharge. A thermal resistor is installed at each height of the ash hopper to detect the ash level, and two sets of silo wall vibrators and nitrogen purging pipes are provided. The inlet and outlet pipelines of the dust collector are respectively equipped with fully enclosed electric plug valves, pneumatic triple eccentric butterfly valves, large pull rod corrugated compensators, and hand holes.

The filtration system of the blast furnace bag filter mainly consists of filter bags, keels, and flower plate components.
Pulse injection system for blast furnace bag filter: The reverse injection medium uses nitrogen, which mainly includes: nitrogen bag, pulse valve, injection pipe, maintenance ball valve, supersonic injection nozzle, etc. The bidirectional electromagnetic pulse spraying device designed for bag pulse cleaning of large diameter boxes can make the number of bags reversed by each solenoid valve close, and the cleaning is uniform. The blowback control strip can be adjusted with two types of timing or differential pressure, and can be operated automatically. Pulse blowback cleaning can be done online or offline. The design pressure of the nitrogen package is 1.0MPa

Maintenance and overhaul of blast furnace bag filter:
1. The ash hopper should not accumulate too much ash (to prevent blockage), and should be discharged regularly.
2. Regularly check the automatic blowback control system to prevent malfunctions.
3. Regularly inspect the filter bag and replace it promptly if any damage is found.
4. During maintenance, the residual gas in the dust collector should be completely discharged to prevent gas poisoning.
