Pressure+96 provides positive pressure parallel processing for 96 well plates, which utilizes a continuous single positive pressure gas source to drive low or high viscosity liquids through each column of the SPE 96 well plate. Each small column is maintained at a continuous positive pressure by a uniform airflow to improve the reproducibility of the recovery rate of the analyzed sample. The device also allows for the use of only a portion of the pore positions without affecting the efficiency and results of extraction.
