Product principle and usage:
Turn on the "power" switch, and the power indicator light on the panel will turn on; Connect the air source of the external air compressor and adjust the pressure of the air filter to 0.75Mpa (pre-set at the factory). At this time, the actuator of the equipment should be in its original working position (i.e. the driving cylinder should be in its inner position); Place the roll film on the film rack and wrap the film properly.
Press the heat sealing button, and its indicator light will turn on. The heat sealing temperature is first set to 150 ℃, and after the temperature reaches the preset value, the temperature is adjusted to between 160 ℃ and 250 ℃ (depending on the sealing film material and thickness, different temperatures are set, generally the thicker the thickness, the higher the heat sealing temperature), usually set at around 200 ℃.
The sealing time has been set internally in the programmable logic controller and can be readjusted. When the machine is running, observe the sealing effect of the plastic cup. If it is not ideal, adjust the sealing temperature or sealing time appropriately to achieve the best sealing effect. The filling time of the filling system can be adjusted, and the amount of filling can be adjusted by adjusting the valve to achieve the specified filling amount.
During the operation of the machine, the operation of the corresponding actuator should be observed. Check whether the operation of the components is smooth and stable, whether the fastening bolts are loose, and whether there is any air leakage in the air pipe joint. If any abnormal situation is found, stop the machine in a timely manner and take corresponding measures to adjust the equipment to ensure that it can operate smoothly and safely.
When the sealing temperature reaches the set temperature, place the plastic cup in the automatic cup dropping area and align the pattern of the wrapped film with the filling cup mouth at the aluminum plate cup mouth. Press the 'Start' button again, and the indicator light will turn on. At this point, the device is in automatic cycle operation, and the finished cup will be automatically output from the machine's cup outlet.
This machine has the function of automatic photoelectric alignment, which can neatly seal the pattern on the film at the cup mouth without deviation (requiring the film to have the color code used for photoelectric alignment). If the pattern deviates, you can adjust the roller on the pattern to align it.

Product installation and adjustment:
1. After unpacking, check whether the random accessories match the packing list, whether the screws of each part of the machine are loose, and whether the components run smoothly and steadily.
2. According to the thickness of the sealing film and the capacity of the filling cup, the heat sealing temperature on the control panel and the adjustable valve on the filling system can be adjusted, and the heat sealing time and filling time can also be adjusted.
3. Automatic adjustment of the core
Under normal circumstances, it is adjusted before leaving the factory, but after transportation and long-term use, due to vibration and natural mechanical wear, some components may become loose, springs may not reset, and cutting blades may become dull. At this point, the two large nuts on the automatic core slider should be checked and tightened, while ensuring that the gap between the upper and lower copper sliders is less than 0.05mm (move the cutting blade by hand so that it can move without swinging). If the spring on the core shaft has insufficient elasticity or cannot be reset, it should be exchanged in a timely manner.
4. Adjustment of clutch pawl device
Observe the clutch for smooth operation and any abnormal sounds. The common fault is that the M12 adjusting screw of the pawl is loose, causing the internal part of the pawl to not be gentle and normal. It is recommended to tighten the M12 screw appropriately and tighten the nut.
