Biological deodorization (exhaust gas absorption) device
Biological deodorization (exhaust gas absorption) device
Product details
1. Overview
During processes such as sewage treatment, animal feather and fur processing, it is inevitable to produce foul odors. These odorous substances are volatile and have a strong odor, which not only stimulates human senses but also seriously pollutes the surrounding environment. At the same time, they have strong corrosiveness to production equipment. China's "Emission Standards for Pollutants from Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002) and "Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants" (GB14554-93) have made strict regulations on the emission of odors.
Biological filtration deodorization technology is widely regarded as a green solution for air pollution control internationally today. Because biological filtration does not use harmful and dangerous chemicals, the energy demand is the lowest among many methods. The filter media used for filtration comes from nature, and harmful substances are not discharged during the biological treatment process. The final product is also benign, making the implementation of the project safe and reliable. Therefore, biological filtration method has a wider influence and adaptability compared to other technologies such as chemical washing, activated carbon adsorption, thermal incineration, etc.
2. Process principle of Huanjie HJ series biological deodorization system
Biological deodorization mainly targets odorous substances such as H2S, NH3, and methyl mercaptan, and has the following three stages:
1. Water soluble infiltration, transferring odorous pollutants from the gas phase to the liquid phase and solid surface liquid film.
Biological absorption refers to the adsorption and absorption of pollutants from liquid and solid surface liquid films by microorganisms attached to the packing material.
3. Biodegradation, the odorous components that enter microbial cells are decomposed and utilized by microorganisms as nutrients, thereby being removed.

5. Other exhaust gas absorption devices
The treatment of industrial waste gas adopts different absorption methods according to the source of the waste gas and the type of pollutant. In addition to biological deodorization devices, chemical methods can also be used to remove odors for purification purposes. Especially the chemical odor gases emitted from places such as chemical plants, spray painting workshops, and heat treatment workshops not only have irritating odors, but also pose a threat to health when inhaled by the human body.
The removal of chemical odors requires different treatment agents and processes based on the different causes, and needs to be designed separately according to specific projects.
