working principle:The single-layer belt sludge dryer produced by our company adopts the principle of utilizing hot air. The interior of the host is composed of a single-layer stainless steel mesh belt, which is supported by a support rod below. The support rod is made of carbon steel and is driven on both sides by a chain. There is a baffle on the top of the chain to prevent materials from falling into the middle of the track. The mesh belt is fixed on the support rod. The pure hot air from the heat exchanger is sent to the bottom of the dryer through a blower, passes through a mesh belt, and exchanges heat with the dry material to remove moisture, forming a counter current exchange with the material. The humid air is basically saturated, and the induced draft fan is used to discharge the humid air outside through the dehumidification outlet.
