Product Introduction:
The belt type sludge dewatering machine is a new type of three mesh sludge dewatering and pressure filtration equipment developed by nuclear engineering companies after absorbing and digesting the latest sludge dewatering technologies at home and abroad, and improving them through repeated research and practice. It has the characteristics of high sludge dewatering rate and high solid content in the sludge cake. Its main technical indicators have reached the advanced level in China, and its application scope is very wide.
1、 Working principle:
Efficient flocculation is used for reasonable conditioning treatment of sludge, utilizing the principles of gravity dewatering and mechanical extrusion dewatering to remove water from the sludge, allowing it to be discharged in a filter cake state. Various industrial sludge can be dehydrated by gravity to obtain high-quality sludge cakes. The high-quality filter belt can be quickly dehydrated during the pressure filtration process, and the gradually decreasing arrangement of pressure rollers and changes in the contact angle of the filter belt ensure the optimal combination of pressure and shear, greatly improving the solid content and dewatering efficiency of the sludge cake. The uniquely designed electromagnetic adjustment and filter belt tensioning system solves some difficulties in equipment use.
2、 Structure description:
The belt type sludge dewatering machine includes a coagulation zone, a gravity dewatering zone, a wedge-shaped dewatering zone, and a pressurized dewatering zone. (The complete set of equipment includes its required ancillary equipment.)
1. Flocculation zone: The equipment includes an upright coagulation tank and a set of mixers.
2. Gravity dewatering zone: The primary gravity concentration zone is composed of concentrated filter cloth, which is made of PE material. After coagulation, the sludge is introduced into the concentrated filter cloth for concentration.
3. Wedge dewatering zone: The wedge dewatering zone is composed of concentrated filter cloth, which is made of PE material. After one gravity dehydration, it is introduced into the wedge-shaped dehydration zone for further concentration and dehydration.
4. Pressure dehydration zone: The pressure dehydration zone is controlled by the main roller Composed of guide rollers and compression rollers, the main roller is a special L-shaped block, and the concentrated sludge is located between two belts. The pressure is gradually increased by the two rollers to shear and dehydrate, and the separated water is easily sent out from the groove, effectively pressing out the moisture in the sludge and discharging the sludge cake. (In order to ensure the normal operation of the filter cloth, an electromagnetic deviation adjustment device is installed)
5. Filter cloth cleaning device: After the filter cloth peels off the mud cake, it is cleaned by cleaning water nozzles installed on both sides of the filter cloth.
6. Electromagnetic deviation adjustment device: Pneumatic. When the filter cloth deviates abnormally, the electromagnetic deviation adjustment device senses and immediately stops the operation of the dehydration equipment to ensure machine safety. The limit switch can measure the limit deviation of the filter belt, and when the filter belt experiences a limit deviation, the dehydrator immediately senses and stops running.

8. The power transmission mechanism adopts mechanical or variable frequency stepless speed regulation, with a large speed range and wide adaptability;
9. The belt filter press is equipped with a reliable backwash device to ensure the dewatering effect of the filter belt;
10. The belt press filter adopts pneumatic tensioning and pneumatic automatic correction device to ensure the safe and normal operation of the filter belt;
