The working principle of the four instruments

The vibrating screen adopts advanced integrated circuit control, which is easy to operate. It has a large screening capacity, adjustable amplitude, and the screening head is marked with a scale

Observe the effective amplitude intuitively.

The principle block is shown in Figure 1, and the external structure is shown in Figure 2.

The main body of the vibrating screen is an electronically controlled electromagnet, on which there is a mesh screen (up to 8, each 50mm high) installed

The vibrating plate. The electronically controlled electromagnet will vibrate 3000 times per minute (50Hz) or 6000 times per minute (100Hz)

Pass it on to the vibrating plate. The vibrating plate is fixed with a sorting screen, a screen base, and a screen head. The amplitude of the entire screening tower can be measured by electricity

The sub controller changes from 0 to about 3mm, and the screening time can be adjusted from 3 to 60 minutes through a timer.

The vibrating screen is equipped with three controllers: "Precision", "Intermittent", and "Continuous":

Jingwei ": The vibrating screen vibrates at a fixed low amplitude and frequency of 6000 times per minute (100Hz). This work status is available

Analysis of fine and fine sieves (especially wet sieving).

Intermittent: The vibrating screen can vibrate at a frequency of 3000 times per minute (50Hz) according to the required amplitude, and the vibration cycle of the screening tower

The period can be set to 3s to 10s through a potentiometer, with a pause time of about 1.5s, to prevent resonance between the sieve and the material and shorten the sieve

Divide the time.

Continuous ": The vibrating screen works as described above, but without pause. This working state is mainly used for easily sieved materials (containing fine particles)

When the dry sieving particles are larger than 200 mesh, screening aid balls can be placed in the sieve, and each sieve can use 10 particles with a diameter of 10mm

Agate balls or 5 rubber balls with a diameter of 20mm to effectively prevent clogging of the sieve mesh.
