Standard Edition

Both paper roll and folding can be printed on label paper or continuous paper. After printing is complete, the label can be torn off using a serrated tear off board. Alternatively, a cutting knife can be used to cut the label or an external rewinder can be used to roll back the printed label paper roll.

Stripped version (P version)

In addition to the standard version, there is also a version with automatic label stripping. After printing, the label will be torn off from the backing paper. Labels can be removed manually or through the labeling arm. The shipment includes digital I/O interfaces.

1. Folding outer cover

A two-piece top cover made of impact resistant plastic that can be folded when opened. Only requiring minimal workspace. Through the transparent cover, the remaining amount of consumables can be inspected and the complete printing process can be observed.

2 print head column

A pillar is fixed on the inner side; Adjust the other pillar to the edge of the label and position it after confirming that the printing quality is good.

3 sturdy base mechanism

Made of one-piece cast aluminum. All printing mechanisms are securely assembled on the support base.

4 coated printing rollers

The standard product of synthetic rubber coating provides high printing accuracy; The optional features of silicone coating are extremely long service life and higher printing tolerance.

5 Peel off function

After printing, peel off the label from the backing paper using a label peeling board; By driving the auxiliary roller (lower roller) and flattening auxiliary roller with a motor, precise printing and peeling can be achieved.

10 shock-absorbing swing arm

Paired with an auxiliary roller (lower roller) made of PTFE material, and equipped with a spring telescopic shock-absorbing swing arm, it can reduce tension and enhance printing accuracy during printing startup.

11 Label paper guide clip
