1、 Process description of ball mill connected to AF series airflow classifier:

After rough crushing, the material is transported to the material bin by the elevator and added to the ball mill bin through a controllable feeding device. The material is repeatedly collided and ground by the grinding medium in the mill, and then discharged from the end of the ball mill bin under the action of exhaust pressure and negative pressure air. It is transported to the airflow classifier through the transfer bin, and after classification by the airflow classifier, the finished material is collected and packaged in the cyclone and bag collector with negative pressure air. Unqualified coarse materials are returned to the ball mill for further crushing by the return device, forming an open loop crushing process (this process can be adjusted according to the material).
2、 Process characteristics of ball mill connected to AF series airflow classifier:
1. Selecting a reasonable aspect ratio ball mill and configuring the AF series fine airflow classifier can reduce energy consumption by 20% compared to similar products.
2. The AF series airflow classifier has many characteristics such as accurate cutting points, large processing capacity, and high extraction rate. By using a special feeding method, the maximum processing capacity of the classifier can reach 200T/h, and a special grading impeller structure can be used to separate ultrafine powders with D97=2um.
3. According to the characteristics of different materials, high chromium balls, alumina balls, zirconia balls, plastic balls and other materials can be used for the lining and crushing medium of ball mills and classifiers to ensure the crushing requirements of high-purity and high whiteness materials.
4. The reasonable ratio of grinding media in the ball mill and the reasonable grading structure of the AF series classifier maximize the utilization of output energy, balance the material crushing surface, and increase the hourly production capacity by 5% -10% compared to the same product.
5. The finished product of the large ball mill air flow classifier can be matched with a remote pneumatic conveying system, which can be transported from a single inlet to multiple outlets and directions through an air flow conveying pipeline. Sealed transportation throughout the entire process.
Application areas: alumina, bauxite, calcium carbonate, kaolin, potassium feldspar, talc, fly ash, slag, zircon sand, ultrafine cement, quartz, reflective materials, etc.
