3. At room temperature, for dust particles with a particle size of ≤ 1 micron or high moisture content, coated filter media can be used first. It is not practical for dust particles with larger particle sizes and significant differences in particle size distribution. When selecting membrane filter media, it is recommended to filter at a speed of less than or equal to 2m/min, or even less than 1m/min.
4. The conductivity and explosiveness of dust cannot be ignored. The inorganic content in grain and feed dust is relatively high, accounting for more than average, and the average particle size is also large. Based on some past accidents, the explosive nature of these dust cannot be ignored. Strictly speaking, the selection of bag filter is a mistake.
