A、 Product Configuration

Comes with backpack, small head, and square head. The fertilizer storage box consists of a backpack (which can hold 13kg of fertilizer) containing granular fertilizer, seeds, and a gun barrel in two sections (with interchangeable round or square heads). It is suitable for sowing peanuts, corn, soybeans, and cotton. The seeds are arranged separately for easy seedling selection. If the soil is hard and the resistance is too high, it is difficult to feel. It is recommended to use the SB-13B4X with foot pedal assistance (with X assistance configuration).

B、 Working principle

The working principle of this product is to first drill holes in the soil and then fill them with particles or seeds with soil cover. It has the functions of nesting, seeding, and fertilizing crop roots, with simple operation, accurate measurement, and scientific rationality. At the same time, it significantly reduces labor intensity, increases individual production efficiency by more than 5 times, saves more than 60% of seeds and fertilizers, effectively protects crops, and improves fertilizer utilization efficiency.

C、 instructions

1. First, install the backpack, then connect the two ends of the conduit to the feeding port of the bucket and the feeding port of the fertilizer gun, and secure the snap spring.

2. Fertilizer adjustment: Loosen the regulator fertilizer adjustment sleeve screw and pull the fertilizer adjustment sleeve outward. Adjust to the desired position according to the weight reference and tighten the screw. (The amount of fertilizer can be adjusted to 10-65g)

3. Adjust the depth limit ring according to the depth of crop growth.

4. Sowing adjustment: Loosen the fertilizer adjustment sleeve screw of the regulator; Set the fertilizer adjustment sleeve to 0 and move the seed adjustment gears (1, 2, and 3 gears are used for sowing large, medium, and small particle seeds) for on-demand use. Loosen the rubber screw and pull out 1-2 millimeters (based on the size of the seed particles) before tightening.

D、 precautions

1. Do not move the fertilizer applicator too quickly. To avoid spilling on the floor and affecting the effect

2. Do not apply too much force when resetting the handle to avoid damaging the flower cap threads.

3. When the soil is too hard to feel, it is recommended to use the SB-15B1X with foot pedal assistance (with an additional assistance device). If the soil is too hard or the depth is too deep to reset the gun head, the handle should be shaken until it is reset.

4. When the soil is too wet and sticky, or when the fertilizer is damp and causes poor fertilization, please understand!

5. Equipped with a soil cover device, the soil cover effect may not be ideal due to hard soil or grass roots on the surface. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!

6. After use, it is necessary to clean the fertilizer planter in a timely manner. Oil and clean the iron rod and spring with a cloth bag.

7. Pay attention to the exact position of each function during installation, and do not misplace and damage the fertilizer planter.
