The BZC300CHW drilling rig is 300 meters longCar mounted water well drilling rig. This drilling rig is equipped with appropriate drilling tools and can drill in Quaternary strata such as clay layers, sand layers, weathered rocks, and bedrock. The drilling rig has reasonable design, complete supporting facilities and superior performance, and can realize various drilling processes (such as mud positive circulation, air foam drilling, pneumatic DTH drilling, air lift reverse circulation drilling, etc.) to adapt to different formations.

2. Main features

The BZC300CHW drilling rig is equipped with a heavy-duty HOWO 6x6 special vehicle chassis, and the power station, double winch unit, mud pump, turntable, and drilling tower are all mounted on this chassis for easy transportation and good maneuverability.

1) The drilling rig is equipped with four hydraulic support legs, which can move simultaneously or independently, making it easy to quickly level the rig. And the two rear legs can extend horizontally, which improves the stability of the entire drilling rig.

2) The turntable is a lever type, with a spiral bevel gear transmission inside for smooth transmission and high torque transmission.

3) The drilling rig is equipped with a large displacement reciprocating piston pump produced by a well-known domestic manufacturer, with high flow rate and pressure, which can ensure the smooth progress of drilling construction.

4) The main and auxiliary winches have high lifting force, which can meet the needs of normal drilling and have the ability to handle general wellbore accidents.

5) This drilling rig is equipped with an auxiliary unloading rod oil cylinder, which uses this oil cylinder to push the ratchet teeth of the rotary table to rotate in the opposite direction, to unload the first button of the drill pipe joint, and then use the rotary table to reverse the unloading rod, greatly reducing labor intensity and improving the service life of the parts.
