The BXQ-2S automatic metallographic specimen embedding machine is a multifunctional water-cooled embedding machine used for embedding various specimens. Suitable for some small samples that are not easy to hold, irregularly shaped samples that require edge protection, or samples that require automatic grinding and polishing, embedding the samples is an essential process. It is also beneficial for microstructure determination under a metallographic microscope.

This machine belongs to the fully automatic metallographic specimen embedding machine, with the function of inlet and outlet water cooling, suitable for hot embedding of all materials (thermosetting and thermoplastic). After setting the embedding parameters such as heating temperature, insulation time, and force, the specimen and embedding material are put in, covered with a lid, and the work button is pressed to automatically complete the embedding work without the need for operators to be on duty at the machine.
