This component also adopts the unique component structure of Dow Water Treatment and Process Solutions, which shortens the membrane length and increases the number of membrane blades. It not only has excellent efficiency in terms of water production, but also in terms of washability. The effective membrane area of BW30FR-365 is up to 365 square feet, and the water production under standard testing conditions is 36m3/D (9500gfd).By using FR components, users can achieve the designed water production with fewer components. This makes the system more compact, reducing the cost of system accessories and installation. The water production and desalination rate of BW30FR-365 and BW30-365 are the same. Therefore, in engineering renovation, replacing BW30-365 components with BW30FR-365 can reduce system fouling, lower system operating pressure, and extend the service life of membrane components.
