The ultrafine crusher water jacket is connected to the cooling machine through a pure copper water nozzle to achieve low-temperature crushing function. The cooling principle is that the cooling machine is equipped with a water tank and a compressor. When in use, tap water is added to the water tank. The cooling machine detects the temperature of the water in the water tank. When the water temperature is higher than the set temperature, the compressor starts working and cools the water in the water tank. Then, the cold water is injected into the water jacket outside the crushing bin of the ultrafine crusher through a water pump. At the same time, the water heated by the working heat of the ultrafine crusher is circulated back to the water tank for further cooling, and the cycle repeats, so that the crushing bin of the ultrafine crusher is always wrapped in cooling water, thereby reducing the crushing temperature. Especially when it is necessary to crush high sugar materials such as goji berries, Danshen, Rehmannia glutinosa, Cistanche deserticola, and Cynomorium songaricum, a better cooling effect freezer can be selected. A cooling liquid can be used as the cooling medium to reduce the temperature to minus 25 ℃, which can ensure good crushing effect while preventing high sugar materials from becoming sticky due to heating. At the same time, the lower crushing temperature will not have adverse effects on the medicinal properties and activity of the herbs.
