Adopting hydraulic clamping and servo stamping, the stamping speed can be pre-set, and the cup protrusion fixture is convenient for loading and unloading the sample. After the sample is sent in, pressing the automatic button can complete the clamping and stamping. If there is a crack in the sample, it will automatically stop and be easy to observe. It also has a peak memory function, which automatically remembers the maximum impact force and deformation height. The deformation depth and impact force are displayed on an LCD screen, and can be pre-set through button operation. FLD and FLC tests can be conducted.

Install a heating environment box on the equipment to quickly heat the mold and sheet. When the sheet is heated to the specified temperature, the test can begin.

This series of testing machines can be equipped with computers and cameras to make more accurate judgments on the occurrence of cracks. The BVE system can be used for three-dimensional full field deformation measurement and can be used for FLC determination of forming limit curves.
