Equipment Description:
The BTP-100 microcomputer controlled automatic cupping test machine is mainly used for testing the ductility of sheet metal and for process testing of metal thin plates. The host adopts hydraulic clamping and servo stamping, and the stamping speed can be pre-set. The cupping fixture is convenient for loading and unloading samples. After the sample is sent in, pressing the automatic button can complete clamping and stamping. The sample automatically stops when cracks appear and is easy to observe. It has peak memory function, which automatically remembers the maximum impact force and deformation height. The deformation depth and impact force are displayed on a touch screen or computer screen, and can be pre-set through button operation.
This testing machine uses a servo motor to drive the reducer, and uses a synchronous toothed belt to drive the ball screw for loading. The loading is smooth, the speed is accurate, and the loading load is measured in real-time, making it easy to determine the moment when cracks appear. When clamping, the synchronous transmission component drives the servo stamping system to synchronize upwards, and then the clamping system sends a signal. The stamping system automatically stamps, and the displacement measurement system synchronously measures the deformation value of the sheet metal. When cracks appear in the sample, the measurement system automatically displays the cupping value. The cup protrusion fixture is an open structure, which facilitates observation of whether there are cracks in the board. The cup protrusion fixture pressure mold structure adopts a ball and socket automatic centering structure to ensure uniform clamping force of the sample during clamping.
This series of testing machines can be equipped with computers and cameras to make more accurate judgments on the occurrence of cracks.
