1、 Overview:

DGS

Compared with general acid mist purification towers at home and abroad, the fiberglass acid mist purification tower has the characteristics of high purification efficiency, compact structure, beautiful appearance, small footprint, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, high strength, light weight, easy transportation and installation, and easy maintenance and management. It is currently a new type of purification equipment for electroplating and acid washing waste gas treatment in chemical, mechanical, electronic, metallurgical, instrumentation and other industries at home and abroad.

2、 Product features:

1. Reliable purification efficiency

During the trial production process, the difficult product performance company conducted three tests on the representative DGS-5 model in the series, DGS-7.5 type, DGS — 20

Three types of purification towers with different specifications were simulated for production testing, and a large amount of data was obtained. After analysis and sorting, the average purification rate of hydrogen chloride gas was over 95%, and the sulfuric acid mist reached 90% -95%.

2. Reasonable structural design

DGS

The series of acid mist purification towers use sodium hydroxide solution as the absorption and neutralization solution. The acid mist exhaust gas is pressed into the middle inner cylinder of the purification tower by a fan to form a pressure chamber, and then distributed to each bubble tube through the pressure weighting chamber. The exhaust gas enters the absorption and neutralization liquid in the storage tank through the bubble tube to generate bubbles. The bubbles pass through the filter ring layer, allowing the gas-liquid to fully contact again, and then are discharged into the atmosphere through the dehydration air. Based on the above design principles, the structure of a general fiberglass purification tower has been improved, and the following measures have been taken:

(1) Eliminating the circulation water pump system of general purification towers;

(2) A new filter material with a large specific surface area, high perforation rate, uniform hole arrangement, regular arrangement, and small groove retention phenomenon, called a circular flower wreath, was used to replace the commonly used Bao'er ring filter material in China.

3. The quality of the fiberglass tower is reliable and its performance is good.

According to the working environment of each component of the purification tower, resins with good alkali resistance and high structural strength were selected, and the exterior was made of waterproof and anti-aging adhesive resin. To enhance the strength of the tower body, several longitudinal strengthening disks are used on the outer shell of the tower body, and a comprehensive structure combining segmented and segmented cylindrical double cylinder bodies is adopted according to the size of various models. Due to the long-term operation of the purification tower in an environment with acidic and alkaline corrosive gases, in addition to the pressure of the tower itself and the solution pressure, it also needs to follow the wind pressure during operation (the total pressure of the fan is

All fiberglass components are required to have good corrosion resistance and maintain high tensile and compressive strength. Therefore, our company fully considers and excludes the strength reduction factor under strong corrosion and the discrete performance factors of hand lay up molding process. Based on the characteristics of tower structure and usage environment, the entire fiberglass component should maintain sufficient reserve strength under harsh working conditions.

3、 Installation and maintenance:

Users should carry out concrete foundation construction based on the basic data provided by our company. The installation surface of the foundation should be ensured to be on the same horizontal plane, and the bottom of the purification tower should be fixed to the embedded steel plate of the foundation with bolts or joints.

2. When installing the fan, precautions should be taken to prevent debris from falling into the fan. After the installation of the purification tower, the dirt inside the tower must be removed before testing.

3. Due to the flammability of fiberglass, the use of open flames is strictly prohibited during installation and maintenance.

4. The concentration of NaOH solution in the storage tank should be maintained within the range of 2-6%. When the NaOH concentration is below 2%, NaOH must be added

5. If the fan is installed indoors, the motor of the fan should be protected from rain.

6. The purification tower must be managed by a dedicated person, who should regularly check whether the fan operation is normal, whether the liquid level is normal, and whether the float switch in the liquid level tank is normal, NaOH

To ensure the liquid level in the storage tank and prevent the liquid level from rising or falling when the fan is turned on or off, the float water supply valve must be opened after the fan is turned on. Before closing the fan, the float water supply valve must be closed first. The static liquid level height should be controlled at ground level
