Detection principle:

Ammonia nitrogen, which exists in the form of free ammonia or ammonium ions, reacts with Nessler's reagent to form a light yellow brown complex. The absorbance of this complex is proportional to the ammonia nitrogen content, and it is directly displayed as the ammonia nitrogen content (mg/L) after calculation by a microcomputer chip using colorimetric method.
