The BCSS series silicon micro mechanical impact switch is an unlocked single pole single position switch, and its switching state is determined by the acceleration amplitude of the sensitive axis. The switch is made using micro machining technology, and the device is composed of three layers of single crystal silicon. It is made using silicon deep etching technology and metal deposition technology, and has a displacement stroke up to the micrometer level. External impact causes the movement of the movable mass block. When the impact acceleration exceeds the set threshold, the two contacts come into contact and the switch is turned on. When the acceleration amplitude is below the threshold, the switch opens. The switch is designed with a contact time extension mechanism, which can extend the contact holding time of the switch and facilitate the recognition and processing of trigger signals. The product has the characteristics of accurate threshold, rapid response, long contact retention time, resistance to high mechanical impact, surface mounting, and easy use. It can be widely used in fields such as fuses, safety structures, and impact monitoring.
