Product Usage:

This pump is suitable for transporting various types of liquid materials such as wine, soda, milk, soy sauce, vinegar, vegetable oil, medicine, chemical industry, additives, dyes, textiles, papermaking, etc. The temperature of the conveyed medium shall not exceed 80 ℃, the flow rate Q=1-80m3/h. The head H=8-40 meters and it can be used in conjunction with the filter machine. This pump is a single suction fully enclosed centrifugal pump.

The other components of the pump are made of high-quality stainless steel material 1cr18Ni9Ti. The pump body is connected to the motor as a whole, using a mechanical seal device and a stainless steel protective cover. It has a simple structure, beautiful appearance, lightweight volume, corrosion resistance, easy operation, no need for installation foundation, and is easy to carry. Installation, use and precautions:

First, connect the inlet pipe without any air leakage, place it in the discharge tank, seal it tightly at the bottom, and then pour the liquid material from outside the outlet. After filling, connect the outlet pipe tightly and wait for the motor to run before feeding.
1. When connecting the power supply, pay attention to the direction of motor rotation. It should rotate clockwise and counterclockwise without sucking material.
2. When using, be sure to fill the feeding pipe and the Boquan brand stainless steel sanitary pump completely before starting, otherwise the vacuum cannot suction the material.
3. The suction inlet pipe should be made of rubber and plastic hoses that are not compressed by pump force (hard fittings can be used for fixed installation)
The inlet connection of the material pump is first fitted with a short tube using the expansion tube method on the flexible joint, and then fitted with a suitable rubber tube sleeve. The discharge port is also connected using the same method. In order to meet the head, it is not allowed to increase or decrease in the sleeve joint.
