All castings of this machine tool are made ofHigh quality alloy wear-resistant cast ironResin sand casting (mechanical strength exceeding HT300), and two annealing treatments through solid solution treatment (refining molecular structure), make the machine tool have good stability and non deformation. The guide surfaces of the bed, columns, beams, etc. are all treated with ultrasonic quenching.Improved the wear resistance, durability, and precision of the machine tool. The main transmission system adopts a switched reluctance motor instead of the old-fashioned DC generator set and DC motor, which has the advantages of small footprint, low operating current, ultra-low speed constant torque output, etc. PLC control is used instead of old-fashioned contactor control, reducing operational difficulty and failure rate.
