Features:
The shaft to shaft rotation torque sensor SK-FS615 is a slip ring type torque sensor used for measuring rotational torque. The slip ring is used to transmit millivolt signals from a Wheatstone bridge bonded to the sensing shaft, which will rotate clockwise and counterclockwise together with the motor shaft to measure torque. The SK-FS615 dynamic torque sensor has a maximum nonlinearity of 0.2% and can be selected at full range. The key shafts located at both ends of the sensor can be connected to the motor and load through a coupling. SK-FS615 can reach a speed of up to 8000RPM and is also suitable for non rotating and low-speed torque measurement applications. The signal conditioner and display unit can also be used to obtain readings or 0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA outputs.
Can be customized according to customer needs
Application scenarios:
Typical applications of this type of torque sensor include servo motor torque measurement, test bench applications, valve torque testing, torque measurement for mixing devices, screwdriver calibration, torsion measurement, actuator testing, etc.
