The stretching mechanism of the WDWS series microcomputer controlled balance bar tensile testing machine includes two pairs of guide rails and their driving components, two sets of fixtures and their driving components. The test piece is fixed on the bracket, and the circular arc groove is matched with different test pieces to force clamping and prevent axial movement. The fully digital closed-loop measurement and control system independently developed by our company has many characteristics and technologies, mainly reflected in:
1. Four closed-loop controls have been implemented for testing force, specimen deformation, displacement, and testing process;
2. The data acquisition system consists of 4 high 24 bit A/D conversion channels. The resolution reaches 1/300000, and the entire process is not divided into different levels;
3. Using original integrated components such as BB, AD, Xilinx, etc., with fully digital design;
4. Compliant with PCI bus standard, automatically recognized and installed by microcomputer, achieving "plug and test";
