Part 2: Major assembly lines

The final assembly line consists of interior lines, chassis lines, exterior lines, door lines, inspection lines, rain lines, etc. Now let's take a look at the major final assembly lines!

A、 Final assembly interior line

The bidirectional adjustable large flat plate realizes flexible production on multiple platforms, and further optimizes human-machine engineering through the free lifting of workstation height.

B、 Final assembly chassis line

Adopting modernizationEMS+VAC machine operation equipment achieves precise synchronization during assembly, enabling precise positioning and assembly of the vehicle body and chassis, with an assembly accuracy of up to 0.1mm.

C、 Final assembly door line

Using friction drive（The FDS system has advantages such as no lubrication, cleanliness, and quietness compared to ordinary chain driven lines.

D、 Final assembly testing line

Four wheel alignment equipment, using the world's advanced non-contact technologyThe detection accuracy of the 3D laser head is much higher than that of the previous 2D laser head.

E、 Testing line rain spraying room

Each vehicle will be subjected to360 nozzles for 90 seconds of strong water impact test, with a spray volume of about 5 tons, simulating 4 times the amount of heavy rainfall in the world, to test the vehicle's sealing performance.
