Product Introduction
This powder automatic packaging machine is a net heavy-duty powder packaging machine that adopts the latest technology today. It is suitable for weighing and measuring packaging various flowable powder materials, such as coal powder, pigment powder, flour, dry powder, salt, etc. In order to meet the different weighing and packaging requirements of various users, this powder packaging machine can be designed as a three-level feeding system of coarse, medium, and fine. Its feeding control is controlled by various forms such as cylinder control and feeding motor control. Structural composition
This powder automatic packaging machine mainly consists of material inlet, feeding mechanism (double helix), weighing hopper, cutting door, bag clamping mechanism, frame, sensor, suction port, control box, pneumatic system, conveying and sewing mechanism, etc.

Main purpose

Working principle
When packaging starch, mineral powder, pigment powder, flour, juice powder and other powders, this powder packaging machine is fed into the weighing hopper by a feeding mechanism (double screw). After receiving the weight signal from the sensor, the controller controls according to the pre-set program value. After opening the cut-off door, fast (double screw simultaneous) feeding is carried out. When the weight is ≥ (target value - precision measurement value), the large screw stops feeding and enters slow (small screw) feeding; When the weight is ≥ (target value - overshoot value), the small winch stops feeding, the cut-off door closes, and the fixed value weighing is completed. After the bag clamping signal of the powder automatic packaging machine is input, the weighing hopper discharge door automatically opens. When the weight is ≤ the zero position setting value, the weighing hopper discharge door automatically closes. After automatic bag vibration (optional action), the material bag automatically releases and falls onto the conveyor belt, and is sent to the sewing machine for sewing before entering the next process. At the same time, the controller enters the next control cycle.

Equipment advantages
1: Without the need for additional reducers and motors, this powder packaging machine utilizes the passive roller shaft of the conveyor as power and adds three gears to transport objects, namely an active gear, a moving gear, and a passive gear.
Principle: Fix the active gear of the powder automatic packaging machine on the passive wheel of the conveyor (to make it rotate), and fix the passive gear on the belt roller shaft of the weighing platform. The moving gear is fixed on the linear guide rail, and the three gears are not connected to each other. The driving wheel is constantly rotating, and the belt weighing is stationary. The weighing sensor is working (weighing the object). When the weighing object reaches a certain weight, the sensor gives a signal, and the electromagnetic reversing valve of the powder packaging machine starts to work. At this time, the cylinder pushes the moving gear on the linear guide rail, and the moving gear simultaneously meshes with the driving gear and the passive gear. The rotating driving gear drives the moving gear, and the moving gear drives the passive gear, causing the weighing platform belt to rotate and transport the object to the conveyor. When the personnel put the second bag into the carrier, the cylinder quickly disengages the moving gears on the linear guide rail, causing the gears to quickly separate. At this time, the belt on the weighing platform stops running and the weighing device begins to work.
2: The easy deviation of the belt on the belt conveyor is a well-known problem among peers, and it is necessary to frequently adjust the parallelism of the belt drum. This powder automatic packaging machine has added a 13-15mm wide guide groove between the two rollers, adding a guide triangle belt on the opposite side of the conveyor belt. The guide triangle belt is connected to the belt as a whole, and the triangle belt on the opposite side of the belt always rotates in the guide groove of the two rollers during operation, thus completely solving the problem of belt deviation;
3: Improvement of compaction device and bag tapping device.
Bag tapping is a method of using a cylinder to reciprocate and tap objects, but the frequency of tapping is low and the space is filled with dust, resulting in unsatisfactory results. It also takes up space in the automatic powder packaging machine. However, we have added a vibration motor between the conveyor belt and pulley, which not only has good vibration effect (high vibration frequency) but also does not occupy space, reducing dust flying in the space.
