The equipment process arrangement is right in and left out, and the electrical control cabinet is located on the left side of the cleaning machine.
Equipment structure composition: The cleaning machine is mainly composed of ultrasonic generator, transducer, cleaning tank, steam bath washing tank, freeze-drying tank, distillation recovery tank, liquid storage tank, circulating filtration system, distillation recovery system, automatic temperature control heating system, condensing device, industrial cold water machine, loading and unloading platform, manipulator, frame, control panel and control system.
Equipment description: The cleaning machine is a fully automatic device, with the cleaning process controlled by a PLC microcontroller. It consists of five ultrasonic cleaning tanks made of stainless steel material, a cold soaking tank, a steam bath tank, and a distillation recovery tank, which work continuously. The operator places the basket containing the workpiece onto the loading and unloading station, and the single arm robotic arm sequentially sends the cleaning basket to each process section. The workpiece is subjected to ultrasonic cleaning tank, cold soaking rinse tank, steam bath washing, and freeze-drying, and the cleaned workpiece is returned to the loading and unloading station. The operator unloads the workpiece at the inlet and outlet. The whole machine is a fully enclosed structure and equipped with a movable acrylic transparent observation window.
