3.1 High precision positioning sample disk
3.1.1 The diameter of the matching sample bottle is 15.5mm and the volume is 12ml;
3.1.2 Sample tray with 160 bottle positions;

5. Technical support and after-sales service
5.1 Technical Support:
5.1.1 Each automatic sampler is accompanied by a user manual, which provides detailed instructions on the working principle, main technical indicators, operating procedures, and maintenance;
5.1.2 The supplier shall provide free training for at least 2 operators to the user during installation and commissioning. The training shall be conducted simultaneously with on-site installation, covering the basic principles, structure, basic operation, maintenance knowledge, major consumables and consumables, and precautions of the instrument.
After passing the training, the supplier shall provide telephone technical support and email technical services in the early stage until the user can operate independently.
5.2 After sales service:
5.2.1 Warranty Period: One year from the date of acceptance, during which all services are free of charge;
5.2.2 Upon receiving a user service request, the supplier shall respond by phone within 2 hours to guide the customer in resolving the issue; If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, the purchaser can send the instrument by express delivery to the supplier for repair; If the supplier needs to come to the site to solve the problem, both parties shall negotiate the travel expenses and the supplier shall send engineers to the site for maintenance;
5.2.3 Outside the warranty period, users may sign a new product maintenance agreement with the supplier as needed, and the supplier shall not refuse without justifiable reasons;
5.2.4 The supplier shall ensure the normal supply of instrument consumables and accessories for at least 8 years;
5.2.5 Lifetime telephone and email technical support services for instrument use.
