Product Introduction:
The principle of this machine is to use a weighing sensor platform to set the measurement under the control of a microcomputer program, and remove the tare weight before filling. First, the large dose is rapidly filled, followed by slow and small dose correction measurement, with vacuum suction function to prevent dripping. The operator only needs to push the bucket into the power conveyor roller, and then automatically align the filling nozzle. At this time, the program starts, the filling nozzle descends, and the filling valve is opened for feeding. When the set amount is reached, the feeding is stopped, and the filling nozzle rises to complete the filling process. Then the filled bucket will automatically output, and this cycle of operation is sufficient. This equipment is mainly suitable for filling flammable and explosive liquid materials, such as acetaldehyde, solvent oil, fuel oil, cleaning agents, detergents, cyclopentane, etc.
