Auto HG-12 Fully Automatic Homogenizer
Breaking through traditional concepts and boldly innovating, we have developed and produced a fully automatic homogenizer that can be widely used for homogenization processing of samples such as vegetables, fruits, and meat.Fully automatic homogenizerIt can free experimental personnel from the tedious, heavy, and mechanical task of sample homogenization.
Auto HG-12 Fully Automatic HomogenizerIt is a highly automated fully automatic homogenizer tailored for agriculture and food testing departments, which enriches four functions: sample homogenization, cleaning blade head, self-cleaning of groove inner wall, and leakage prevention of cross contamination of liquids.
Homogenization treatment of large quantities of samples
The fully automatic homogenizer is equipped with one disperser, and one process can homogenize 36 samples. The sample tray can hold 36 samplesCan continuously homogenize the sample.
Fully automatic cleaning blade
The fully automatic homogenizer provides a three-step program for cyclic cleaning, including water cleaning, organic solvent cleaning, and ultrasonic cleaning. After processing each sample, the blade is automatically cleaned to prevent cross contamination and truly achieve unsupervised work.
Self cleaning of the inner wall of the groove
The inner wall of the groove can be cleaned to ensure that the liquid inside the groove is clean every time the blade is cleaned, truly preventing sample cross contamination.
Leak proof liquid cross contamination
The fully automatic homogenizer is equipped with a tool head hanging on the wall and a leakage receiving groove. When the tool head rises from the liquid level, the receiving groove moves below the tool head and moves with the tool head to prevent leakage and contamination of other samples or sample trays.
High power motor with stainless steel blade
Fully automatic homogenizer easily handles any sample
Equipped with exhaust cabinet
The fully automatic homogenizer can instantly extract volatile organic compounds, ensuring the health of operators and reducing noise.
