GX1110: Arbitrary waveform and function generator PXI board
overviewGX1110 is a high-performance, single channel PXI arbitrary waveform generator module. This module provides the functionality of a function generator and an arbitrary waveform generator within a single device. The built-in waveforms include sine waves, triangular waves, slopes, noise, Gaussian pulses, and Singer function waves, all of which can work in both DDS and Arb modes. The AWG architecture also includes a flexible sequencer to support the generation of complex waveforms. |

characteristicBecause the sampling rate can reach 100MS/s, GX1100 is a perfect modulation source for coding circuit troubleshooting applications. It is also a good signal source choice for simulation signal distortion, power carrier cycle, video signal, device fault analysis, and power transient applications. The GX1100 series comes standard with a 2M waveform sample cache, and the cache memory can be accessed through a high-speed interface. triggerThe GX1100 series provides an external trigger input, allowing users to control waveform generation using external trigger events. When the device operates in AWG mode, the waveform triggering mode includes continuous, triggering, threshold holding, and prominent functions. sample clockThe GX1110 series uses a PLL (Phase Locked Loop) to provide a programmable sampling clock for AWG operation mode. The reference clock is provided by a crystal oscillator on the board or replaced with an external 10MHz clock. When operating in DDS mode, a crystal oscillator on a board provides a 100MHz clock source as a reference for the DDS generator and related analog-to-digital converters. |
Programming and SoftwareThis board also provides GtWave, which is a software package that includes a virtual instrument panel, a Windows 32/64 bit DLL driver library, and files. At the same time, a trial license for WaveEasy software is also provided. WaveEasy is a software that can create, modify, and analyze waveforms. This virtual panel can be used for interactive programming and can control the instrument from a window that displays the current settings and status of the instrument. In addition, interface files are also provided to support other programming tools and languages such as ATEasy, LabView, LabView/RealTime, C/C++, Microsoft Visual Basic ®, Delphi, and Pascal。 An online document and PDF user manual page can provide detailed instructions on installation, use, and programming. application
