Various electronic devices in communication base stations are only allowed to operate in a certain temperature environment. According to the national standard GB50174-93, the base station temperature is between 18 ℃ and 28 ℃, and the equipment is allowed to operate for a long time. To achieve this standard, it is usually operated by equipping communication base stations with air conditioning. These air conditioners are always on. However, due to changes in the natural environment, outdoor temperatures can vary greatly throughout the year (such as the difference between winter and summer temperatures), and there can also be different differences during the day (such as the difference between noon and night in summer). The fresh air system is to suck in outdoor air at a certain low temperature (such as 25oC), discharge indoor hot air, and control the indoor temperature. During this period, the air conditioner stopped running, thus achieving the goal of saving electricity.
The fresh air system produced by our company consists of an intake fan, an exhaust fan, and an energy-saving controller. The system working diagram and electrical wiring diagram are shown in the attached figure. The operation mode of the system is as follows:
In winter, spring, autumn, and the morning and evening periods of summer, if the indoor temperature is higher than a certain temperature (25oC) and the outdoor temperature is lower than a certain temperature (25oC), the inlet and exhaust fans of the fresh air system will start simultaneously to suck in low-temperature outdoor air and exhaust hot indoor air, reducing the indoor temperature. When the indoor temperature drops to the set temperature (25oC), the system device stops the air conditioning and uses the inlet fan to suck in low-temperature outdoor air, and the exhaust fan to discharge the heat generated by the operation of the equipment to reduce the indoor temperature. As long as the outdoor temperature is below 25oC and the indoor temperature is maintained between 25oC and 28oC, the fresh air system will remain in operation and the air conditioning will remain in a shutdown state.
When the equipment heats up and the ambient temperature changes, causing the indoor temperature to exceed 28oC, regardless of the outdoor temperature, the fresh air system stops running and starts the air conditioning to lower the room temperature to ensure that the equipment does not operate in a high temperature state.
During the operation of the air conditioner, when the outdoor temperature drops below 25oC, the fresh air system restarts and returns to the mode of running the fresh air system and shutting down the air conditioner.
Due to the fact that the electrical power of the air conditioner is much greater than that of the fresh air system (2200 watts for a 3P air conditioner and 700 watts for a fresh air system), the operation of the fresh air system can save a considerable amount of electricity, significantly reducing energy consumption and operating costs, and extending the service life of the air conditioner.

FEATURES
1. The temperature controller of this system is adjustable from -20oC to+100oC.
2. This system is interlocked with the original air conditioning system, and when the indoor temperature reaches the highest set value, the original air conditioning system is forcibly started.
3. When the outdoor ambient temperature reaches the set value, automatically turn on the inlet and outlet fans to adjust the indoor temperature.
4. When the indoor temperature reaches or exceeds the set value, stop the fan and turn on the original system air conditioning.
5. Time reversal dust removal can be set (currently set to reverse for 5 minutes every Sunday morning at 9am).
