Application of dumper spray for dust suppression

If dust suppression and removal measures are not taken during the unloading process of the dump truck, the on-site pollution will be very serious, and the dust index will seriously exceed the standard, posing a serious threat to the health of workers.

The main dust sources are as follows:

Dust Point 1: The car dumping system starts working, and the carriage tilts to a certain angle. The material begins to flow and collide inside the carriage, producing a large amount of dust. The larger the flipping angle of the car dumping machine, the greater the amount of dust generated.

Dust Point 2: When the car dumping machine tilts to a certain angle and the material moves along with it, forming a resting angle greater than 35 ° with the side of the carriage, the material slides out of the carriage and collides with the car dumping machine grate, producing a large amount of dust. The larger the rotation angle of the dump truck, the more material it flips and the greater the amount of dust it produces.

Dust starting point three: The material falls from the grate of the dump truck, and the material falling into the hopper generates strong airflow. The material raises a large amount of dust under the action of the strong airflow. The higher the height of the material falling, the greater the amount of dust generated. Finally, the material falls into the hopper and collides with the inner wall of the coal mine hopper, producing a large amount of dust. Under the negative pressure generated by the dust and materials in the coal hopper, they emerge from the front and rear sides of the tipping machine grate.
