Working principle of angular filter

The angle filter mainly consists of a carbon steel body, a stainless steel wedge-shaped filter screen, a water flow diversion valve, and a sewage device. When the filter is working, the sewage valve is closed and the water flow diversion valve is in the open state. The water flow enters the filter through the inlet and is filtered through the filter screen to the outlet. When the filter needs to discharge water, close the water flow diversion valve and open the discharge valve. The water flows through the first half of the filter screen for filtration, and some of the water flows into the system through the outlet. The remaining water flows from the outer side of the second half of the filter screen into the inner side and is discharged through the discharge outlet, playing a role in backwashing the filter screen in reverse. The recoil process system can operate normally without the need for shutdown.
