Good treatment effect: The sewage treatment system of Xinye project has a good removal effect on pollutants and is the first set of standard operating Luqi furnace sewage treatment system in China. The system has high removal efficiency for key indicators such as COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phenols, petroleum, color, SS, etc., and good effluent quality.
Strong impact resistance of the system: Firstly, the two-stage biochemical tanks of the sewage biochemical treatment system are connected in series, greatly improving the system's ability to withstand impact loads. Secondly, due to the long residence time of the biochemical system design, difficult to degrade substances can fully react. At the same time, the biochemical tank has a large capacity and good internal circulation and water distribution effects, allowing pollutants to be fully mixed in the tank and increasing the system's impact resistance. Furthermore, due to the biochemical system being controlled at a high MLSS level of 4000-5000mg/L, the system's impact resistance has also been improved.
Low operating costs: Currently, with stable and compliant effluent from the sewage system, operating costs can be controlled below 5 yuan/ton of sewage. When the self owned power plant of the new project is put into operation in the future, due to a significant decrease in electricity costs, it can be expected that there is still room for a significant reduction in the operating costs of sewage treatment.
High degree of automation: The sewage system has a large number of electrical equipment, but through communication between the DCS central control system and the PLC substation, a high level of automation control has been achieved, greatly reducing labor intensity and ensuring stable and reliable operation of the system.
Long processing flow: Due to sufficient consideration in the early design, the sewage treatment system process is relatively long. In the actual operation process, it was found that some individual units can be stopped as needed without affecting the normal operation of the sewage system.
