Product Introduction
1、 Introduction to Ferrography Technology
Iron spectrum analysis technology is a new mechanical wear testing method invented in the 1970s. It is a method of using magnetic force to separate metal particles from oil and arrange them on a substrate according to their size. It can not only read the relative concentration of particles of different sizes, but also further analyze the physical properties of the particles.
The main content determined by ferrography analysis method is:
1. Concentration and size of abrasive particles;
2. Grain morphology (reflecting the causes and mechanisms of grain formation);
3. Grain composition (reaction site);
4. The characteristics of ferrography analysis method are a wide range of size inspection and the acquisition of multiple information about abrasive particles.
IIIntroduction to T2FM500
Spike Super T2FM500Analytical FerrographIt is a complete iron spectrum analysis system used to separate and evaluate wear particles and pollutant particles in lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant or fuel. It consists of a tube type spectrometer, a two-color microscope (optional with a densitometer), a camera, a heating plate (optional) and image acquisition software.
The oil flows directly through the thistle shaped glass conduit under its own gravity and flows uniformly through the ferrography substrate; All ferromagnetic particles in the oil sample are deposited onto the iron spectrum substrate under the action of a magnetic field, and analyzed after thorough washing and drying. Effectively avoiding the halo generated during the microscopic observation of spectra prepared by ordinary ferrometers.
Analytical FerrographT2FM500 uses a dual color microscope to observe the deposited abrasive particles on the spectrum. Under the dual color microscope light source, images of red metallic abrasive particles (metallic abrasive particles reflecting red light) and green non-metallic abrasive particles (green light passing through non-metallic abrasive particles) can be observed.
IIIMain features of T2FM500
1. Jiguan Iron Spectrometer;
2. ASTM D7690 standard;
3. Provide abrasive particle map;
4. The range of abrasive particle analysis is 0-800um;
