Yihexing Precision Anaerobic Nitrogen Filling Oven adopts LCD microcomputer intelligent PID temperature controller with multiple sets of data display, menu style operation interface, simple and easy to use, precise temperature control and small fluctuations. It has functions such as temperature correction, over temperature alarm, timing setting, call recovery, parameter memory, etc. Anaerobic nitrogen filled ovens are used in scientific research and production units such as aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemical, military, shipbuilding, electronics, and communication. They are mainly used for curing BPO glue/PI glue/BCB glue, IC (wafer CMOS、Bumping、TSV、MENS、 Fingerprint recognition) FPD、 High precision electronic components, electronic ceramic materials, dust-free drying, high-temperature clean and oxygen free environment drying and aging tests for electrical products, materials, spare parts, etc.

1. The box is insulated with ceramic fiber, which has the characteristics of fast heating and energy saving.

2. The inner liner is fully welded, and the pipeline is welded with seamless stainless steel fittings, with an oxygen concentration of up to 20PPM.

3. By utilizing forced ventilation, the oven is equipped with air ducts with a temperature uniformity of 1.5 ℃%, ensuring even drying of materials. The suction port is equipped with fiberglass filters to meet the cleanliness requirements.

4. Adopting an imported temperature control system with PID automatic calculation, the temperature control accuracy is ± 0.5 ℃.

5. Dual flow meter nitrogen saving system, dual delay nitrogen filling control, greatly saves nitrogen consumption in anaerobic and low oxygen environments.

An anaerobic oven can achieve an oxygen content of ≤ 50ppm. Due to its sealing and nitrogen distribution, air duct design, and exhaust position design, they have all been designed through numerical simulation.

6. The anaerobic oven door adopts a double sealed structure, which can achieve the functions of rapid oxygen reduction and rapid temperature rise and fall.

7. Adjustable inert gas air supply system, including flow meter, bidirectional gas control valve, high flow air supply for cyclic start-up, and low flow regulation.

8. Adjustable wind speed to ensure adaptability to different categories of products.

9. Use fiberglass insulation to ensure the surface temperature of the cabinet.

10. Independent over temperature protection, as well as ground fault protection, etc.

11. High capacity horizontal air recirculation systems and electric heating systems can achieve performance temperature uniformity.
