7. It is crucial to increase the concentration of the discharge by using a cyclone. Generally, when the solid crystal content of ammonium sulfate accounts for more than 50% of the entire ammonium sulfate solution, the utilization rate of the centrifuge is higher and the mother liquor is also less. However, if the concentration is so high in the separation chamber, many problems may arise. Therefore, the solution of using a cyclone to increase the concentration outside the separation chamber, which is not very high, greatly reduces the concentration of ammonium sulfate in the separation chamber and improves the solubility of the ammonium sulfate solution in the thickener.
