Tray is one of the important components, with a wide variety of types, and should be designed according to the actual situation. Commonly used trays include bubble cap trays, sieve tray trays, float valve trays, jet tray trays, and so on. Installation and maintenance

1. The user carries out concrete foundation construction based on the basic information provided by our company; This equipment should be installed on a concrete foundation that is at least 100mm above the ground level;

2. Supporting pipelines, valves, etc. should have separate supports and cannot be fixed on tower equipment;

3. During installation, pay attention to protecting the equipment and avoid damaging the body and exposed parts. When connecting the tower flange to the external flange, the correct tightening method should be used, and excessive force should not be applied to avoid cracking the flange. Steel gaskets shall not be used for flange gaskets, but corrosion-resistant and oil resistant rubber gaskets may be used.

4. After the installation of the equipment is completed, water is used for cyclic debugging, and there are no phenomena such as running, emitting, dripping, leaking, or blocking during normal operation.

5. Please confirm whether the gas flow rate, medium concentration, temperature, and pressure are consistent with the conditions provided by the ordered equipment during use. If there are any changes, please contact our company;

6. When using, the circulating water pump should be turned on for 2-3 minutes before turning on the fan; When shutting down, the fan should be stopped for 1-2 minutes before stopping the circulating water pump. Attention should be paid when starting the water pump: the pump cannot be reversed or idle.

7. Regularly inspect and maintain water pumps, valves, pipelines, nozzles, filters, etc. to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

8. To ensure the normal operation of tower equipment, there must be a dedicated person responsible for management. Regular inspections should be conducted to ensure the normal operation of fans and pumps, the unobstructed flow of sprinkler and air pipes, the normal liquid level in the storage tank, the normal operation of the water replenishment float switch, and whether the gas-liquid concentration is within the specified range. If any problems are found, they should be resolved in a timely manner.
