Provide the performance you need at an economical price: The TDS3000C series digital fluorescence oscilloscope (DPO) provides the performance you need at an economical price. TDS3000C provides a bandwidth of 100 MHz-500 MHz and a sampling rate of up to 5 GS/s, which can accurately represent signals.
DPO can provide a more comprehensive view of complex signals:
To solve a problem, it is necessary to first see the problem. The TDS3000C series offers a continuous waveform capture rate of 3600 wfms/s and real-time brightness levels, allowing you to see and solve problems.
The fast continuous waveform capture rate can quickly reveal the characteristics of the problem, and then apply advanced trigger isolation problems, saving a lot of time.
The real-time brightness level highlights details related to the signal activity history, making it easier to understand the waveform characteristics captured. Unlike other similar oscilloscopes, it can still retain historical data even after the acquisition stops.
Quickly debug and verify signals using DRT sampling technology and Sin (x)/x interpolation function:
The TDS3000C series combines unique digital real-time (DRT) sampling technology with sin (x)/x interpolation function, allowing for precise calibration of various signal types on all channels simultaneously. Unlike other similar oscilloscopes, the sampling rate of TDS3000C series remains unchanged when additional channels are opened. This sampling technique can capture high-frequency information that may be missed by other similar oscilloscopes, such as spikes and abnormal edges. Sin (x)/x interpolation ensures accurate reconstruction of each waveform.

Collection mode:
DPO - Capture and display subtle patterns in composite waveforms, random events, and actual signal behavior. DPO can display, store, and analyze the three-dimensional information of signals in real time, including amplitude, time, and amplitude distribution in each period.
Peak detection - captures high-frequency and random spikes. Can capture burrs as narrow as 1ns.
WaveAlert - Monitor input signals on all channels and alert users when any waveform deviates from the captured normal waveform.
Sampling - Data sampling only.
Average - Calculate an average of 2 to 512 (optional) captured waveform data.
Envelope - the maximum/minimum value obtained on one or more captured signals.
Single Sequence - Use the Single Sequence button to capture one single triggered capture sequence at a time.
Trigger system:
Main triggering methods - automatic triggering (supporting 40ms/grid and slower scrolling modes), normal triggering, and single sequence triggering.
B trigger - triggered after time or event.
